Experience food and wine pairing in a whole new way. Each dumpling is crafted to complement the flavours of our wines, creating unexpected and exciting combinations. With five unique pairings, you’ll discover how texture, spice, and acidity interact in every sip and bite – changing the way you think about wine and food.

In the mood for a light snack and a glass of wine?  Our dumplings are also available to enjoy with a glass of wine (or two) as you relax and take in the views.

Start off the day by sinking down onto a lush picnic rug, surrounded by vineyards, secluded from the world. This indulgent experience is tailored for those looking for a touch of luxury with their adventure. Set up across several private locations amongst our vines, this delicious breakfast hamper includes a glass of sparkling wine and stunning views of the Broken Back Mountains. Once you are ready to tackle the rest of the day, we will send you off in style with our “Parallel Paths” wine tasting experience.

Designed for those seeking a little luxury with their adventure, this experience is all about slowing down and enjoying the moment.

Ever wondered what really goes into making your favourite drop? Vine to Wine at Latitude 32 offers a rare chance to step behind the scenes and experience the journey from vineyard to bottle, guided by the people who live and breathe it every day.

Your experience begins with a relaxed walk through the vines—glass in hand—as you learn how we care for our land using sustainable practices, from welcoming bees and ladybugs to planting native cover crops.

Next, head into the winery to meet our winemaker, Adam Holmberg, and taste wines straight from the barrel as he shares insights into the craft and care behind each vintage.

The experience finishes in our cellar door with a curated tasting, paired with a generous cheese and charcuterie plate. Whether you’re a wine enthusiast or simply curious, Vine to Wine offers a chance to connect with the land, the winemaker and the story behind every bottle at Latitude 32.
