And we're off.... the start of Vintage 2022

 
On Monday 17 January we started harvest here at Latitude 32. We start with our two "Bubbles" blocks - Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. This will make the base of our sparkling wine, which will be produced via the traditional method, so won't get out of the bottle for at least 3-5 years

We still have plenty of other fruit out on the vines which needs more time, so check back in for further updates soon
