This is an experience made for those who believe there’s always room for dessert.

Indulge in four decadent desserts, paired with four distinctly different sparkling wines.  A match made in heaven and the perfect way to enjoy your visit to the Hunter Valley.

From delicate bubbles to rich sweetness, every
pairing brings out something a little different in both the wine and the dessert.  This tasting experience is unashamedly all about enjoying the sweeter things in life.  What better combination than four handcrafted desserts, each enjoyed with a different sparkling wine.

Our chic cellar door offers plentiful indoor and outdoor seating and is situated right amongst our stunning vineyard, with spectacular views.  Exactly what you expect and deserve when you come and visit the Hunter

Our Chocolate & Wine Fondue Experience is designed to be fun, interactive and a little unexpected. Rather than simply pairing chocolate with wine, we’ve paired chocolate with the flavours, textures and characteristics you find in wine itself.

simply looking for something other than a ‘another chocolate and wine pairing’ this is a unique and deliciously fun way to challenge your palate and uncover combinations you never knew worked so well together

Dumplings & Wine Pairing – A Match Made in the Hunter Valley

Experience food and wine pairing in a whole new way. Each dumpling is crafted to complement the flavours of our wines, creating unexpected and exciting combinations. With five unique pairings, you’ll discover how texture, spice, and acidity interact in every sip and bite – changing the way you think about wine and food.

In the mood for a light snack and a glass of wine?  Our dumplings are also available to enjoy with a glass of wine (or two) as you relax and take in the views.

Picnic in the Vines
A gourmet escape in the heart of the Hunter Valley.

Slow down and savour the Hunter Valley with a gourmet hamper amongst the vines at Latitude 32.

Your experience begins at the cellar door with a guided wine tasting. Discover our wines, hear the stories behind them and learn how our regenerative viticulture practices help care for the vineyard around you.

Then collect your gourmet hamper and a bottle of Latitude 32 wine, and make your way to one of our private picnic areas. With a picnic table waiting just for you, settle in comfortably, unpack something delicious and take in the vineyard views.

Good food, beautiful wine and time to linger. Whether it’s a leisurely morning or a lazy afternoon, this is a Hunter Valley escape worth making room for.

PRICE $90.00 per person (MINIMUM 2 PEOPLE). Includes a bottle of wine, a delicious hamper and a "Wine Makers Choice" wine tasting experience Allow 90-120 minutes. Bookings are essential. Experience is available from 9.30am onwards.
